Fear is the biggest factor that prevents you from realizing your dreams. Fear creates thought chaos, distracts you, and breaks down your thought patterns causing you to make irrational decisions.
Fear is the motivator that derails our hopes and dreams. It fills you up with uncertainty and is caused by your limiting beliefs.
However, this does not have to be the case.

These 5 steps can set you on the road to self-discovery and a life filled with your dreams.
Step 1 – Set A Commitment Goal:
Overcoming your fear may not be strong enough if your goal commitment is not strong. Is your dream a wish or is it a gut-wrenching desire that will not be deterred? Is it workable and obtainable? Will it be fulfilling? What will you achieve once you receive the dream? If your dream is truly a part of you; then fear cannot stop you.
Step 2 – Face Your Fear
Fear breeds paralysis. Take time to observe your body language. Listen quietly to your thoughts and any emotions you are feeling. Keep a journal and write down your observations. This will allow you to face your fears.
Step 3 – Establish a Growth Mindset
You have the power to change your life. But only you can do it. The mind is powerful. It is your responsibility to prepare the mind to root out the doubt, the fear, and the irrational thought patterns that drive irrational judgement. Set small achievable goals. Seek out new challenges and learn new skills. Read books on mindfulness. The key is to acclimate the mind to new experiences.
Step 4 – See Your Fear As an Advantage
Challenges are nothing more than obstacles that test your inner strength and cause you to dive deep within your soul. Use your fear as information to find solutions that present opportunities for growth.
Step 5 – See Your Fear of Failure As A Part Of Life
Recognize the Inevitable. Failure is part of life. Part of growing. A learning experience. So accept it and use it as a tool. Use it to correct the mistakes and move forward with a better understanding and clearer strategy.
